Rated 4 out of 5 by from good phone I've been reading the comments and reviews on this phone... I just bought mine and I love it!! However that being said... I only use it for talk and text... which is way I gave it a good review and why I only gave it 2 stars for features since I don't really use any... I think if I were to have the web on it.. I suppose I wouldn't think it was that great.. if you need a phone just for talk and text then this phone is perfect.. but if you're looking to download apps, browse the web, play games etc... then you should probably buy a more expensive phone... you get what you pay for.... But works great for me...

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Engineering & Quality Control Pathetic 1. Phone came with internal scratch in screen. Looked like a fat hair was lodged inside. 2. Doesn't download all popular apps: Amazon, for Pete's sake! 3. To update some apps, you first have to go into Settings & manually Force Stop them. That's an actual suggestion in the community forums from one of the tech experts. 4. Screen occasionally scrolls back up while you're scrolling down. 5. Screen occasionally nonresponsive when you click a "submit", "enter", or "next" icon. 6. System software update requires you to connect to a WiFi network even if you have an unlimited data plan. 7. Pages occasionally stop loading for no apparent reason.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from great first phone This is my fist phone, and it is great for a first phone, and it is not bad for the price. There are some down sides. If you are looking for a great camera this might not be the best phone, but for the price it's not bad, it can also get hot and lag. The battery life isn't terrible, and can easily get a day of light use. The final two things I will add are that it has a headphone jack, which is always good (in my opinion),and it is very light which is very nice if you don't like hefty phones weighing down your pants.
