We regret the trouble you have experienced with this microwave oven. The F3 error code indicates that the thermistor temperature did not go down after cooking. Before arranging service, it is suggested to attempt clearing the code by performing a quick reset to the device. Unplug the microwave from the wall outlet, or trip the circuit breaker in order to cut the power to the machine. Allow the microwave oven to remain unplugged for 10-15 seconds. Restore power to the device. Add an 8 oz. “microwave-safe” cup full of water to the unit. Run a time cooked setting for about 30 seconds. If the error code returns, then the unit will require service.
