What people are saying

Rated 1 out of 5 by from LG Over the Range Microwave within in few months the door broke and now the Door Handle

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very nice! I especially like the extended hood. So far a nice unit. It is practical, powerful enough, and convenient. I like the extended pop out hood to prevent steam and grease from rising up on the unit front. Nice under hood lights with two settings. Solid fan speeds that are not too noisy and includes a "turbo" high suction option. I am very careful about how I cover foods to be heated or cooked as I don't like cleaning inside oven tops. If good longevity is in order I will give it an A+ rating in time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love Oven Initial Quality Bad I finally got the second one installed. First one was shipped without one of the nuts which are used to install the unit to the top of the unit. After another wait for the second unit to be shipped, finally installed this microwave and we love it. Have not had it long enough to determine if lifetime will be good or not.

Can I vent model LMH2016SB from the top to an outside vent?

Asked by: rkptk1
We did not vent to the outside, but instructions show how to hook up a couple of outside vent methods (through wall or ceiling)

How much space should you leave between the top of the cooktop and the bottom of the microwave?

Asked by: chunky
If you use the back burners of the cook top at all I would suggest 16 inches or more. This will allow you to remove the cover of a large pot without dripping all over the cook top, give you room to stir and see what you are cooking.

Light bulbs

Are the light bulbs under the unit all the same? Are they all 2 levels of brightness? Ex: I have either a LMV2016SB, OR a LMV1813SB (Can't find manual (it's in a safe place & I cannot tell by the burnt out bulb) ,plus I.m kind of laid up after some surgery.

Vemting System

Hi, is the rear venting system on this micowave (LMH2016) centered on the back of the microwave? or does it have the capability to be shifted off center?
Asked by: JK11
When the unit is set to vent to the back, the fan will be located in the center of the microwave oven, at the top. It cannot be shifted off-center on the back.
