Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good Clarity. Good colors - once dialled in. I've had this monitor for a week, and clarity is good with no dead pixels. The colours while good, were skewed towards the red, so needed to be adjusted. Unlike some reviews i'd read, the brightness is more than sufficient. The big let down was panel uniformity. VA glow on black is excessive on the bottom left corner which reduced overall perception of contrast, which is the main reason for buying a VA panel, and white uniformity was quite poor, with obvious dark splotches in the centre right, and hot spots centre left.

I'm using OnScreen Control version 3.28 on Mac with LG-32UD59-B and I do not see the option for PIP. How to enable it?

I'm unable to force this monitor to use only 2k resolution on mac OSX. Is there a way to do this? Content is too small with 4k, and too big with 1080.

Suddenly I don't get any sound out of my monitor or through speakers when connected. I mostly use this monitor to play PS4Pro. I get audio from the PS4Pro when I use my headsets. Is there anyway to resolve using a Macbook and a USB- c displayport cable?

I am not getting cable box output to display through HDMI cable supplied; get message saying no signal. Wanted to use PIP to display TV while using PC. Is this possible? I don't see OSD for multiple simultaneous input sources. Thank you.

There is a vertical band, making up about a third of the screen, just left of center. Anything white, outside of that band has a barely perceptible greenish tint. You can really see the band on a black screen, looking from above. Anyone else see this?

I am enjoying this monitor especially watching Netflix in 4k. But there is so little 4k content available via streaming so I now want to connect a 4k blu-ray player. Anyone done this? Any issues? Any models to recommend? Thanks.

Hello XimonSez, the 32UD59-B does have the ability to connect to a 4K Blu-ray, however it does not have sound. You could connect a unit like the UP870 to the 32UD59-B using HDMI and then run a Digital Optical Cable to a sound bar. ^AC

Please check on what the requirements are for your gaming console. The LG 32" Class 4K UHD LED Monitor, Model # 32UD59-B does not support HDR. It has a 60 Hz refresh rate and a 10-bit Color Depth (actually 8-bit + A-FRC) and has a maximum resolution of 3840 x 2160. It has 2 x HDMI ports (Version 2.0 and both are HDCP 2.2 compliant) and a Display Port and AMD FReesync is supported over HDMI and through the Display Port...^IFV
