This monitor is easy to use and highly adaptable. It works well for standard home/work computer duties AND as a game pc monitor, media streamer, etc. The speakers are loud enough for me to hear over heavy rainstorms without me having to go anywhere near half max. Great monitor.

It's as if it's still ON, BUT it turns off and will turn back on eventually... it just happens and has been more and more frequent lately. AND it's been happening ever since the recent driver update (Feb 2019) too.

which vesa wall mount do you recommend since it weighs so much

LG does not manufacture any Wall Mounts for the LG 43" Class 4K UHD IPS LED Monitor (42.5" Diagonal), Model # 43UD79-B, but since it is a VESA compliant monitor that has an A x B VESA Wall Mount Interface Pattern of 200 x 200mm, VESA compliance guarantees that any VESA Compliant Wall Mount, regardless of brand or manufacturer and regardless of whether it is a Fixed, Tilting or Full Motion Wall Mount, will work with the monitor as long as the Wall Mount supports the monitor's wall mount interface pattern. If the wall mount has a weight limitation, its specifications will specify what weight loads it can support...^IFV

If you have 4 computers connected at once will the speaker play sound from any or all of them at the same time or just one that is selected? For example 4 computers that each have some kind of audible alarm will it play from whichever is alarming?

That will depend on what type of video card you have. If your video card supports a dual-monitor setup, it will be able to handle running two LG 43" Class 4K UHD IPS LED Monitor (42.5" Diagonal), Model # 43UD79-B monitors. Video cards that have two monitor connection ports typically support dual-monitor setups. Multiple monitor support varies from video card to video card. Some video cards support only one monitor while some others support three or more. Dedicated video cards, or cards that aren't built into the computer motherboard, typically support dual-monitors on a single card. Some built-in video cards support dual-monitors as well. If the card has two or more of the same connection type it supports dual monitors. Some cards have two or more different port types and can be interchanged with adapters to support dual-screen setups. Graphics cards that have only one video port do not support dual-monitor setups without adding a second card...^IFV

What is the difference between the lg 43mu79-b and lg 43ud79-b monitors?

The differences between the LG 43" Class 4K UHD IPS LED Monitor (42.5" Diagonal), Model # 43UD79-B and Model # 43MU79-B is that they are from different divisions. The 43UD79-B is from our Consumer division and the 43MU79-B is from our Business/Commercial division. They use different panel types. THe 43UD79-B is an AH-IPS panel whereas the 43MU79-B is an IPS panel. The 43UD79-B features Dynamic Action Sync, Low Blue Light and an Anti-theft stand lock slot which are not featured on the 43MU79-B. The Picture-by-Picture (PBP) function on the 43MU79-B is 2PBP and 4PBP whereas it's only 2PBB for the 43UD79-B and their USB Type-C™ ports have different USB POwer DElivery specifications...^IFV

My Xbox One X recognize this monitor as 4K. I'm using cable that comes with the console. You have to change the settings on the monitor under picture adjust >> Turn on HDMI ULTRA HD Deep Color before the Xbox One X will allow 4k !!!!
