To enjoy broadcasting services, movies, streaming, and various other entertainment options on your LG Smart TV, you can install apps from the LG Content Store or the APPS menu on your TV.
If you cannot find the app you are looking for, please check your network settings and your LG service country settings.
If you encounter issues installing apps due to limited storage space, consider deleting apps you no longer need.
Also check if your TV’s specifications meet the app’s requirements.
To install an app, you must have an internet connection and agree to the app's user agreements.

1. Press the Home[] button on your remote control. Select the [APPS] menu.
2. Select the magnifying glass icon on the top right.
3. Enter the name of the app you are searching for. Then, select the [Search] button.
How to install apps on webOS released before 2023
Models released after 2020 (webOS 5.0 onward): Remote control home[] button → Search for app → Install
Models released before 2019 (webOS 4.5 and earlier): Remote control home[]button → Run LG Content Store → Search for app → Install
※ App installation may be limited on models released before 2015.
1. Select the app you wish to move or delete. Long press the remote control wheel [OK] button to enter app editing mode.
- You can delete apps in App Edit mode by selecting the dustbin icon[
] above the selected app.
- You can rearrange apps in App Edit mode by selecting an app.
- Select [Reset Editing Apps] to reset the order of apps.

How to check LG Services Country setting on WebOS 24/25 TV (Models released from ’24 onward)
1. Press the Settings button [] on your remote control. Select the All Settings [
] icon on the top left of the quick menu.
2. Select the [General] tab, then [System].
3. Select [Location].
4. Verify that your [LG Services Country] is set to the country you selected during registration.
If it is set to [Other], you may encounter issues with app installation.
Caution regarding reset
If you are unable to install apps after following the steps mentioned above, you may consider resetting your TV.
※ Please note that resetting your TV will erase all account settings and delete installed apps.
