If communication issues occur with your sound bar you may see connection errors, volume issues, or unresponsiveness. Resetting the sound bar can help clear any glitches and restore proper function.
Try This
A sound bar remote will be required to perform the reset.
1 Disconnect the sound bar from all external connections (HDMI or Optical).
2 Unplug the sound bar for 10 seconds and plug it back in.
3 Power ON the sound bar.
4 Using the sound bar remote, press the Volume Down [-] button until [MIN] appears in the sound bar display.
5 Press and hold the [MUTE] button or the sound remote for 5 seconds.
6 If done properly, [WL RESET] will appear in the sound bar display. If [WL RESET] does not appear in the display, retry the reset process.
All Wi-Fi and customized sound settings will be lost and will require reconfiguration.
7 Reconnect external device(s) and reconfigure sound settings.
