The LG panel is an advanced product that contains millions of pixels. In a very few cases, you could see fine dots on the screen while you’re viewing the TV. Those dots are deactivated pixels and do not affect the performance and reliability of the TV.
A pixel outage (Dead pixel) can be defined as a stuck pixel is a bright dot of color that fails to update when neighboring pixels change. Stuck pixels are most noticeable when the rest of the screen is black.
Additional Terms:
- Dark Pixels: These are caused by dead transistors and cannot be fixed.
- Stuck pixels: A partial sub-pixel defect from the RGB film layer being cut improperly and cannot be fixed.
- Bright Pixels: This is caused by a malfunction in the transistor that allows light through all of the sub pixels, or none of them.
Please note that in most cases, the pixel can not be fixed, but there is always hope that a few steps may revive the pixel.

Check
Ensure to try different output products and different cables to ensure the issues is with the TV and not the connection, cable or output product.

On your TV browser look for software that will help. You can search for Stuck Pixel App or Pixel Fixing Software in any search engine such as google or yahoo.
In the case you prefer using your computer to obtain the software, you may need a USB stick to run it on your TV.

Factory Reset
This will reset your TV and erase all the information on it.
Press the home button
on your remote, click Settings
> More Settings
> General tab > Reset to Initial Settings

The Pressure method: you can try applying pressure to the dead spot on your screen. Some users state that tapping it with your finger or using a soft cloth to apply pressure would fix the issue.
The Heat method: you can try applying heat to the dead spot on your screen. Some users state that using a hair dryer to apply heat to the dead spot would fix the issue.
