How can I get my device to update? It keeps saying you must register it first. It is registered but it will not update

I am getting an error message about google play services will not work unless you update I have and still receive the same message.

Select the Menu icon, then select View in Google Play Store 4.Select UPDATE then CONTINUE After updating, ensure you enable Android Device Manager 1. How do you put the Sim card back in

The LG G Pad™ 7.0 LTE U.S. Cellular®, Model # UK410 Original Black has two card slots located along the top edge. The slot toward the back of the tablet is for your required SIM card and the slot toward the front of the tablet accommodates an optional microSD card. A valid SIM card is required in order to use the mobile network. Simply lift the flap covering these slots and firmly, but gently push the SIM card into its' appropriate slot...^IFV

Does this tablet have bluetooth LE?

The version of the Bluetooth technology on the LG G Pad™ 7.0 LTE U.S. Cellular®, Model # UK410 is version 4.0, it is not version 4.0 LE.
