The sound really don't have much of a base sound to it. The remote : it takes a few seconds before you know rather or not you have turn it on, plus you've actually have to have the remote pointed directly at the censor to do anything I mean directly at it, not from the side. Other than that it's an okay tv overall.

Hello, the 43LF5100 does not have the built in capability to connect to the internet. You would have to use an add on like Chromecast, Roku or Fire stick. ^AC

Yes, the unit has a joystick button. If you place your finger over the joystick button and move it left or right, you can adjust the volume level. ^AC

I've had my lg 49LF5100 for a couple of years now and recently my audio and video will stop working for a while like its hot. I can use it all day at times and others for only a few minutes. Let it sit and it works fine. Any ideas?

I've had my TV for a couple of years and today it shows it is in store demo mode... How do I get it out of this? I don't know if we accidentally pushed a button or what happened?
