Rated 2 out of 5 by from No More LG For Me Bought this TV about 5 years ago. The first issue was wi-fi connectivity. I was able to fix this by taking the back of the tv and resetting the wifi antennae, the cable was also crimped pretty bad so flattened it out. That solved that issue. About a year ago a thin black line appeared about 1/3 of the way up, it's annoying but we live with it. Now over the past few months the remote stops working for no reason. Also, the sound is cutting out when streaming. I have an LG soundbar attached via optical cable, it worked perfectly up until a couple of months ago. Apps also don't load properly, YouTube TV specifically despite now being hard-wired. Already shopping for a new TV, LG is not in the mix.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Nice but wouldn’t buy from LG again. Bought this a few years ago, was great at first, it’s a smart TV never had one with so many options. Screen is clear, but sometimes it has too many options or not enough. No settings to connect to Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi only has select which but no on/off option. Sync to sound bar was a pain to find. Once I figured out the tv and all the options/settings it wasn’t so bad but……… Then the remote stopped working, no cursor on the screen anymore. Found out how to pair it(no Bluetooth settings option just connecting via remote) that worked sometimes. Best way to fix was to unplug the tv then plug it back in. Worked for hours maybe days then did it again. Got a new remote same issue so safe to say it’s the tv. While being frustrated with that, the Wi-Fi started doing the same thing. Shutting off but no way to turn Wi-Fi back on except unplug tv and plug back in. So if the Wi-Fi disconnect for some unknown reason, I would lose Netflix and then it was this dumb process to watch tv. I work early and get home late so to call LG when I get home they are closed. Finally had some time to call them and well like everything else, warranty is now over and they can’t help me. Suggested I buy a new remote(bought 2 new ones now have 3 total) and they work when they want to. The Wi-Fi issue is still an issue and I didn’t get any help from them as well. This will be the last lg item I buy. I even bought the sound bar and subwoofer. I’ll go find some other brand that will help me if there are issues.
