Rated 5 out of 5 by from Thank you LG for offering HDMI 2 upgrade kit! Love this TV and really glad that LG offered the HDMI 2 4K60FPS upgrade kit. Thanks to the upgrade my expensive LG TV won't be obsolete for a few more years at least. And oh yeah the image quality is fantastic.

What display formats are available for multiple screens, and if there are dual (or more) tuners, are they all HD format?

I looked at the LG site and could not determine the options for multiple video streams on screen. Are there 2 (or more) tuners, and if so, are they all HD tuners or is it just the primary tuner? What are the options for dual display (or more) of the screens? Are there PIP (sizes?), PWP, Expanded, Verticle layout, horizontal layout or what? Are the options for the dual displays available from all inputs or just selected inputs? Will all inputs be upconverted to 4K or just selected inputs?

We appreciate your interest in this television and its features. This model has been designed with a single tuner which is capable of both Digital and High Definition reception. This TV does not have the ability to provide multiple images simultaneously.

How can you change the video display to display vertically through hdmi connection ?

This is controlled by the source. For example if you connect it to a PC, you go to display settings and set orientation to portrait.
