What people are saying
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great machine I have had my LG washer for about 2 months. Every feature is well engineered! I have used most of the cycles and find them well identified and described. My new washer is quiet and gets my laundry so much cleaner than my dead 15 year old top of the line front loader. The spin cycle is so efficient that my 15 year of dryer is renewed, and takes much less drying time because of the washer spin action. I can hardly hear the washer running. I am using even less soap than my previous machine and my water billing has been lower. I am expecting a long useful life from this well designed washer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing quality plus quiet! I love this machine!! Never thought I would rave about a washer but here i am. It's quiet, efficient, and does a super job of actually cleaning my clothes without wearing them out! Seriously, get one of these or a similar model, you won't regret it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from i love these machines I shopped for sometime to compare for best quality and best buy. I purchased the set washer/dryer in the Cherry Red because I think their beautiful and who doesn't want a pretty washer/dryer. I love their performance and ease to use. I am still amazed how well things come so clean and come out so spin dried that it doesn't take but half the time to dry like my old standard dryer did.

how do I clean spots from my washer glass door?

Asked by: virgie
We regret the trouble you have experienced with this washing machine. The cleaning of the glass door should be possible with the use of hot water and a soft cloth. You may also try to utilize a mild detergent. Do not allow the detergent to drain into the wash tub, as this can affect the washer operations.

Red Logo next to time clock?

Today the drum would not empty the water at end of cycle.I emptied the drum through the drain hose located on the left front bottom. I removed the filter and found a small piece of lint less than the size of a dime. We restarted machine and noticed in the time clock area a red circle with some kind of logo in the middle. 1. What does this mean?
Asked by: Inletjoe
There are 2 indicator lights immediately beside the TIME indicator. The TOP light is the DOOR LOCK INDICATOR light. This indicates that the door is locked. The washer door will lock while the washer is operating. The door can be unlocked by pressing the START/PAUSE button to stop the washer. The LOWER light is the DELAY WASH INDICATOR. This indicator shows that the washer has been set for DELAY WASH. The washer will start automatically after the set delay time has passed. This information can be reviewed on page 10 of your owner’s manual.

where do you put bleach?

Asked by: hankster
The bleach goes in the same area as your detergent and softener. Each has a spot that it can go and is nicely hidden within a pullout on the upper left front of the machine.

Washer

How do you stop the washer from shaking so fast during the spin cycle even when it is set to no spin it still shakes and moves off rubber floor stopper?
Asked by: EBROWN
If you've got it on the second floor or on a crawlspace/basement under the main floor...you're pretty much out of luck. This is the curse of all front loaders.
