Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it so far I bought the washer a month ago, and am very pleased.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It is Incredible Bought the washer/dryer combo at Home Depot in the Fall of 2016 and have been Thrilled with its ease of use and trouble free wash cycles. It is truly a marvel of competency and will wash everything with minimum water and spin it until it appears almost dry before it enters the dryer. Have never owned a machine this efficient, quite and trouble free.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great features! Quiet! Fast! I've had this washer for a year now. I like how there are many different cycles to choose from. The capacity is great. It's relatively quiet. Overall would recommend it!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A bit louder than 10 year old models This is my second set of front load LG washer dryer pair. I find that the washer Is noisier that my previous 10 year old model. Both were installed by Home Depot and balanced on an indoor tiled laundry room floor without the drawer option below so all variables have been eliminated, just a noisier unit. Having said that I do like newer features and both units overall!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from problems with leaks and part availability for fix We bought the machine in June of 2016, with an extended warranty through Home Depot. In April of 2017, it started leaking from the door. We called Home Depot, who dispatched their repair service. After 3 visits and not being able to find the part (a Boot Clamp), we were told to tell Home Depot the unit was not repairable in June 2017. Calling LG in June 2017 then became necessary because the warranty from LG was still in effect. This call led to the assignment of another company to inspect the washer and attempt repair. A month and a half later, the washer still leaks, we've not heard anything from the new vendor, the factory warranty has now expired, and can't get reimbursement. All along the part is a Boot Clamp that is necessary, and 2 appliance repair companies are having problems getting it. Not to over simplify it, but its a metal loop with a spring. So we have a washer that requires constant monitoring on each load to make sure the door seal properly seals and the door properly closing, both symptoms of this Boot Clamp failure no one can repair. We very much want to replace at this point, but will end up eating the cost for a 1 year old washer unless someone either steps up to fix it or provides a refund.

Does the drum have a light?  I find it hard to believe that it doesn't, but I see no button for turning it on and the manual didn't tell me either? If no light, I've no choice but to return it because you can't see in it.

Asked by: Annunzzz
I apologize, but no; it appears that this model has not been designed with an interior drum light.

Putting a counter top coming out from back wall with side and divider panels for support over this washer/dryer set located in a mud room. Dryer vented to outside. How much clearance should I leave around sides and top of machines for proper ventilation?

Asked by: Orange Drizzle
The recommended clearance spacing on the sides for the ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 4.5 cu. ft. Ultra Large Capacity Turbowash™ Washer, Model # WM3575CW is 1 inch and there is nothing specified for the top of the unit. If the space where the unit is to be installed does not not have doors on it, an inch on the top will be sufficient to ensure proper airflow around the unit...^IFV

Is it stackable with an LG dryer and stacking kit?

Asked by: stevvor
Ours came as a stacked set as the floor model from Home Depot. Got a discount because of it. Problem with it being stacked set means I can't buy the new mini washer to go under it now.

Compare WM3575 and WM3570

There is almost no detail on your website or on Best Buys website on the WM3575, but it "looks" like an update on the WM3570 with increased capacity. What are the features compared to each?
Asked by: ShoeKat
We apologize for the lack of information on our site with regards to the LG 4.5 cu. ft. Ultra Large Capacity TurboWash™ Washer, Model # WM3575CW. Although we do not have a date as yet, they should be up soon. As far as the specifications go, your observation that the WM3575CW "looks" like an update on the WM3570 is correct. Both units have the same exact dimensions and from the preliminary specifications, the only differences seem to be the cubic foot capacities, the maximum spin speed in RPM 1300 RPM V 1200 RPM and the WM3575CW does not have a Allergen cycle and by extension does not have NSF listing, but again, those are preliminary specs that are subject to change and could get updated...^IFV

Does the WM3575CW have the Allergen Cycle?

Does model WM3575CW have the Allergen Cycle and what are the differences between models WM3575CW & WM3570HWA. Also when will you have the specifications for model WM3575CW? Thanks
Asked by: hickoryworks
The LG 4.5 cu. ft. Ultra Large Capacity TurboWash™ Washer, Model # WM3575CW does not have an Allergiene™ Cycle on it so that would be one of the differences with the WM3570HWA. The other obvious difference is in the cubic foot capacities. The WM3570HWA is a 4.3 cubic foot capacity and that might affect the Modified Energy Factor (MEF) and the Integrated Water Factor (IWF) and the weighted water consumption since all those are calculated using the volume (i.e. cubic foot capacity). Regrettably, as you have pointed out, the specifications have not been posted as yet but should be up soon but we do not have a date for when that will be...^IFV

HOW MUCH WATER DOES THE LARGEST CAPACITY WASH CYCLE USE?

I'm comparing water usage between models and would like to know the quantity of water used for a complete wash, rinse and spin cycle for the largest load in the LG Electronics Model # WM3575CW 4.5 DOE cu. ft. High-Efficiency Front Load Washer Thank you.
Asked by: jdps
Hello jdps. The model listed in your question, LG's 4.5 cu. ft. Ultra Large Capacity TurboWash™ Washer, Model # WM3575CW is not our largest capacity washer so we are not sure if you wanted to compare this model in particular or LG's largest capacity. We would also need clarification on whether you're comparing front load washers or top load washers. Based on 392 loads per year wh is about 8 loads per week as referenced by the US Department of Energy (DOE), the WM3575CW has a total weighted per-cycle water consumption of 13.05 gallons/cycle/cubic feet. On the other hand, LG's largest capacity is the 5.7 cu.ft. MEGA Capacity Top Load Washer with TurboWash® Technology, Model # WT7700H*A which has a total weighted per-cycle water consumption of 16.5 gallons/cycle/cubic feet and the LG Front Loading 5.2 cu. ft. Mega Capacity TurboWash™ Washer with Steam™ Technology, Model # WM8000H*A which has a total weighted per-cycle water consumption of 15.0 gallons/cycle/cubic feet...^IFV
