LG Mobile Support Tool/LG Bridge


LG Brdige has replacet the LG Mobile support tool.

Select your operating system below and then follow the instalation instructions.

Bluetooth Setup


Place your Bluetooth headset into pairing mode by holding down the Call button, then setting the power switch to ON. The LED will start to blink or glow solid blue to signify your headset is in pairing mode.

On your Mobile Device, tap Apps > Settings > Bluetooth. Your headset should display in the list as HBS followed by the model number. Tap to pair.

Transfer/Copy Files


Contect your device to your computer, when prompted on your phone, select a USB connection type: Media sync (MTP) or File Transfer.

On your computer, open My Computer or My Drive, then open your device from the drives listed. Pictures and videos taken with the camera may be listed under DCIM.

Device Reset


Often times, a simple reset of your device will clear up issues that are causing your device to freeze or become unresponsive.

Press and hold the Volume Down and Power keys simultaneously until the device reboots. Typically this will take 11-12 seconds. Depending on the state of your device you may see it perform a screenshot and/or a pop-up as shown below. This is normal.
