What People Are Saying

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Only one problem Am very happy with the options available and operation of the dryer. The manual does a very poor job of indicating you need a extra part for connection between the gas pipe on the dryer and the gas connector hose. This caused me hours of unnecessary time spent connecting to the gas supply.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Machine The pump is kind of loud, the end of cycle tune is annoyng, the smoked glass on the lid is virtually useless. I wished that it hd a tub light like the GE it replaced.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from outstanding washing machine My old washer broke down after 12 years and we had to replace as soon as possible, with a family of four and alot of laundry every week, Tub on this washing maching by LG was huge and we needed a top loader, Runs quiet and uses alot less water than the old washer, 10 year warranty on the motor! hope we never have to use it, energy effecient and a great price. We have owned other LG products and have never been disappointed with them. Great product for the price.

I have an lg washer now and it has a hand wash setting, do any of the new machines have this feature?

Asked by: shiron
Hi Shiron. Our current washers will either have a Hand Wash or a Delicates cycle or both (eg. Model # WM4370HKA) although most have just the Delicate cycle. The agitation speed is the same for both cycles with the difference being in how long each cycle agitates at one time. The delicate cycle will fill the agitate on low speed for the entire wash portion of the cycle. IN the hand wash cycle, the machine will pause the agitation during the cycle. The hand wash cycle will fill with water and start to agitate for a few seconds, then pause for a slightly longer period of time. This intermittent agitation is what differentiates the hand wash cycle from the delicate cycle. The ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 5.2 cu. ft. Mega Capacity Top Load Washer with TurboWash® Technology, Model # WT7600HKA has a Delicate Wash cycle...^IFV

Asked by: FritzyO

Comforters are available in a variety of fillers which will determine how bulky they are. The ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 5.2 cu. ft. How many gallons of water does it use in a normal cycle?

Asked by: TG2018
Water consumption varies based on the load sensor, cycle selected and addition option available. It also varies based on the soil level and type of clothing placed in the unit, therefore there is no set amount of water per cycle. ^AC

What is the temperature of the sanitary and allergen cycles? Does it have NSF certificate for sanitization/allergies?

Asked by: Snacks
Both the Sanitary, and Allergiene™ cycles in the ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 5.2 cu. ft. Mega Capacity Top Load Washer with TurboWash® Technology, Model # WT7600HKA have been tested and certified under NSF Protocol P172 - Sanitization Performance of Residential and Commercial, Family Sized Clothes Washers, and the washer bears the NSF certification mark. The Sanitary cycle reduces 99% bacteria on laundry through high temperature and the Allergiene™ cycle is a powerful, high temperature cycle designed specifically to reduce certain allergens. Selecting the Allergiene™ cycle automatically incorporates steam into the wash cycle. The wash water must reach 55º C (131º F, the temperature required to kill dust mites) for at least three minutes and the washer must be easily cleanable, corrosion resistant and designed to avoid accumulation of dirt and debris...^IFV
