Smart TV: Resetting of Netflix Premium Application

Press Home button on remote control. Home Dashboard will appear on screen.


From the Home Dashboard bring cursor over Settings then press ENTER key.


With the use of ˆ or ‡ arrow keys highlight OPTION section then press ENTER or † arrow key.


Highlight Smart TV Setting then press ENTER key


Have customer locate the Reset tab from the top command bar.


Click on the Netflix deactivation button


Press Exit button on remote control.


Press Home button > Premium Content Card > Netflix
