BLUETOOTH STREAMING – CONNECTION
No Bluetooth Connection
Bluetooth connection is suddenly no longer working after numerous previous faithful automatic
pairing with smartphone or other wireless device. Models that have been known to experience
Failure to reconnect is often due to customer inadvertently exiting in a hurry without allowing device
to fade out of Bluetooth mode or powering “off” normally. What usually ensues is the sound bar
abruptly losing wireless signal while entering a state of limbo causing this error status to linger
- Ensure the sound bar function is set to BT mode and try connecting once more. Should this step fail, proceed to the next troubleshooting tip.
- Unplug the sound bar from the wall AC outlet and wait about 10 seconds before re-plugging the electrical cord, powering “on” sound bar and trying to connect once again. Should this step fail as well, proceed to the next troubleshooting tip.
- Locate your model number in below chart and follow respective RESET instructions. Moment display window message confirmed and sound bar has powered “off”, power it “on” and try connecting once again.
Should all troubleshooting have failed, you will need to bring the product over to an authorized service center for technical assessment. Please call the LG Customer Interaction Centre at 1-888-542-2623 for nearest authorized service center.
