Is the suction power reduced than before?

Causes and Symptoms

  • Battery level is low.
  • There are foreign objects in the pipe or nozzle.
  • Dust bin is filled up with dusts.
  • There are foreign objects in the large dust separator.

As the motor rotates, the vacuum cleaner absorbs external air to operate its function.
Make sure that the nozzle, the pipe, and the filter are assembled properly.
Otherwise, there would be a gap in the vacuum cleaner, thus the dust suction power will be reduced.
In addition, the nozzle or filter must not be clogged by dusts or foreign objects.
Otherwise, air will not flow in or out smoothly, and it might fail to suck in dusts very well.
First, remove the pipe and the large dust separator before cleaning.

Battery level is low.

➔ Is the LED window(icon) that indicates the battery level lit in only one level?

Charge the main body of the vacuum cleaner or the battery for use.

Charging the vacuum cleaner main unit
① First, press the [Power] button to turn off the cleaning machine and then insert it into the fixing unit of the charging station.
First, press the [Power] button to turn off the vacuum cleaner.
Insert it into the main body of the charging stand.
② In the LED window that indicates the battery level, three lamps are lit before charging is started.
③ Once the charging is completed, all the lamps are lit.
When the battery is low, 1 LED blinks, and when the battery is fully charged, all 3 LEDs light up.
Charging the battery
① Press the buttons at the both ends of the battery to separate it from the cleaning machine.
Press the buttons on both ends of the battery to separate it from the vacuum cleaner.
② Insert the battery into the battery charging box of the charging station correctly.
③ Once the battery charging starts, the charging indication lamp will flicker to indicate that the charging begins.
④ Once the charging is completed, all the charging lamps are lit.
When charging the auxiliary battery, the charging base LED blinks.

Make sure to charge the cleaning machine indoors only. If you try to charge it at temperature below 5°C, charging might fail.
In addition, if used for a long time below 5°C or above 38°C, the battery lifespan can get reduced.

There are foreign objects in the pipe or nozzle.

➔ Disconnect the pipe and check foreign objects in the nozzle or pipe.

If there are foreign objects in the nozzle or pipe of the vacuum cleaner, dust suction might fail due to clogging.

Removing foreign objects from the nozzle and the pipe
① First, for your safety, remove the battery from the vacuum cleaner.
Press the buttons on both sides of the battery to separate it.
Press the buttons on both sides of the battery to remove the battery from the main body.
② Press the nozzle button (nozzle separation button) to remove the nozzle from the pipe or the main body of the vacuum cleaner.
③ While pressing down the button connected to the pipe, separate the rotating brush.
Disassemble by pressing the pipe separation button and the rotating brush separation button on the nozzle.
④ Remove foreign objects below the rotating brush and the nozzle and inside the pipe.
Connect the gap nozzle to the main body of the vacuum cleaner to clean it or take out foreign objects with a tweezer.
You can conveniently perform cleaning works by wrapping wet tissue or static electricity textile around the cleaning brush.
Clean foreign substances on the bottom of the nozzle and auxiliary rollers.
Warning!

Do not wash the rotating brush or nozzle with water or soak it in water.

Dust bin is filled up with dusts.

➔ Is the dust bin full and ready for emptying?

If the dust bin is filled up completely, its suction power can be degraded.
First, take out the dust bin and the large dust separator before cleaning.
For your safety, first remove the battery from the vacuum cleaner before cleaning the dust bin.
Press the separation button for the trash bin to open the cover, After that, empty the dust bin.

Press the dust bin opening lever to empty the dust.

It is necessary to clean the large dust separator.

How to separate the large dust separator
Open the dust bin cover and separate the large dust separator.
Insert the gap type nozzle and turn it CCW and pull it to separate it.
Insert the hose suction port into the center of the large dust separator, turn it, and remove it.
Dust removal - Water washing - Shade drying
Warning!

Do not wash the inner area of the cleaner vacuum cleaner with water.
If moisture enters the motor, the vacuum cleaner can get damaged and it can cause electrical shocks or fire.

How to cleaning the large dust separator
Once the large dust separator is separated, wash it in flowing water.
After cleaning it, make sure to completely dry it before use.
If used without completely drying it, then due to moistures, the motor can be severely damaged.
After cleaning, mount it again in the vacuum cleaner for use.
Assemble the large dust separator by turning it clockwise.
