An [dE] error will show on the display if the dryer door is opened during drying. The dryer then stops operation. The error code may appear if there is excessive bulky laundry in the dryer or while the door gasket settles into place on a new product.
Try this
Do not put excessive or bulky laundry into the machine.
Excessive or bulky laundry may cause the door to open.
Be sure to fill only half of the drum with laundry that has completed the spinning process.
New products go through a process where the dryers’ door gaskets gradually settle into place.
After 2-3 uses, double check that the door opens with the door gasket in place.
