How the Water is Cooled
The unit has a water reservoir that holds 1-2 cups of water. When cold water is dispensed, warm water comes into the reservoir and is cooled by the refrigerator while being held for future use.
NoteIt can take 6 hours for the water to cool after the reservoir is emptied.

Lower the Temperature of the Refrigerator Compartment
If the environment temperature is high, such as during the summer, or there unit is full, lowering the temperature can improve cooling performance.
NoteIt can take up to 12 hrs. for the compartment to reach the set temperature.
