LG TV - Why Does My TV Turn On By Itself

  • Troubleshooting

At a Glance

If your LG TV is turning on automatically with no visible issues, this can be caused by timer settings on the TV or by a connected external device.

Try This

Check that the TV's [Power On Timer] option is turned Off.

This option sets the TV to power on/off at the specific time set. If ON, select the option and toggle to OFF.
