Rated 1 out of 5 by from LG NO MORE Refrigerator does not get below 45 degrees. and the door by the ice maker things are in the high 50's I called Lg and they said its working give it time, Utter crap unit of a refrigerator, Ice looks like there's snow in it, fridge not working but LG could care less, wouldn't listen when I told the gentleman that there's no air moving in the fridge section, he just asked for a fault code, none present ,so he told me its probably frosted up and unplug the unit to see if it resolves the issue, it does not, we dont keep leftovers in the fridge because we are worried about the temp being to high, DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP OF A FRIDGE

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't buy if you expect to use water dispenser If you're going to buy an LG Fridge, you need to know two things: Only the top right door reliably closes all the time - the left door and the convertible drawer feel like they should do a soft close, but they almost always stay open. There is no beep to let you know on the left door. I could have coped with the above issue, but we use our water and ice dispenser regularly. I recently had to change filters and thought I was doing it wrong because it seemed like I needed to use too much force. So I did what you do - went to YouTube - sure enough - you need two hands to twist the filter in - and you end up deforming the plastic - absolutely horrible engineering! Yes, I used an OEM filter - so it's an LG issue. Now - the water dispenser leaks. I can also say with a reasonable level of confidence that the connection will break over time simply because of the force needed to screw the filter in. This is a show stopper for me - likely will never buy an LG Fridge again - I've never seen engineering this bad for any appliance!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible @LGUS This is unacceptable. Fridge ordered April 1, delivery was April 4. It’s April 21—still nothing. Your support is useless. RXO says they never received it. You claim it was delivered to them but can’t provide any proof. Stop the runaround and fix this NOW.
