Rated 1 out of 5 by from LG Fridgerator Fraud Air filter NEVER installed by factory. Discovered at 6 month date when LG alert received to replace the air filter. Purchased and then tried to put new 4 inch SQUARE filter into retaining bracket, but discovered that instead of a square retaining bracket there was a trapezoid shaped plastic bracket which obviously prevented the square filter from being installed. A simple case of a defective part and a assembly line idiot who knew the issue and just ignored it. Foreign LG customer support is terrible and numerous silent periods followed by a disconnect. I guess the frustrating process is designed that way. Problem still exists with no help.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Stopped working within 1 month. This refrigerator has been a nightmare. First, LG's delivery service kept delaying delivering my refrigerator by 3 weeks (LG did compensate me a small amount for the delay). Then after 1 month of it being installed, it stopped working. When I called to get it serviced, I was told no one could come out for 6 days. This is the only refrigerator I have in the house, so this is a huge inconvenience. LG was the only appliances I used to buy but now I will not buy another LG product ever again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LG Counter Depth 27 cu ft Refrigerator I have been using LG products primarily for over 3 years. All my major appliances are LG, all with no problems whatsoever. I am moving to another home and buying all new LG appliances. 1st to arrive was the 27 cu ft Refrigerator with the smart door, knock twice it lights up. Another cool feature is the internal filtered water dispenser located in the left inside sidewall, ice maker is in the freezer but it is controlled inside the right wall of the fridge. No wasted space. it works great and no space is taken in the door. The Inverter technology is so quiet, I never hear it running. I highly recommend the LG product line. I have a new top control dishwasher already installed. Tomorrow my new slide in stove arrives. Fun times at my home!!
