Rated 1 out of 5 by from ouch ouch ouch We stocked the refrigerator after it got to 38 degrees. The next morning it was 50 degrees. I spent hours trying to determoine the issue. I downloaded the ap and found a fan error. We got little help from the place we purchased the refirgerator nor from LG. We agreed to a swap as the refrigerator is highly rated and have had to wait 10 days for it. That was the day before thanksgiving so all of our plans were changed in the days before the holiday.We bought a mini fridge as the freezer works fine so there's another $200 wasted on top of this experience. I am certain we are an outlier but I certainly cant say, go buy an LG!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Large interior space with a compact footprint I was looking for a fridge that would fit into a very small and narrow gap in my counter. This fridge fits perfectly. It has so much more room than my old fridge even though the footprint is a lot smaller! It really makes my weekly grocery shop for myself look tiny. I can’t ever imagine running low on room as a single person. I imagine this would house a large family’s foodstuffs without incident. There was a minor difficulty with shipping (the promised day came and went without a peep from the delivery folks) but I got it a week later. Overall, I have no complaints. It’s super quiet, beeps if it’s been open a bit too long, makes ice, and dispenses water. This fridge does anything anyone would want out of a fridge.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from What a huge disappointment!!! Never again. It died after 10 months. Lost a small fortune of food the week of Thanksgiving. Trying to get warranty service was a nightmare. The person that I finally got to talk to had very poor english. Finally agreed it needed service. Duhhh. It was dead!! Then totally dropped the ball. Never heard back. Start all over. Finally got it serviced. Except refrigerator runs 7 degrees too warm, service said no way to calibrate. As in too bad. First and last major appliance from LG. Would have given 0 stars if that was an option.
