Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good choice. After a year with this fridge, I decided to share my experience. I really shopped a long time before deciding on this one, and I am happy with my choice. I had a noisey Frigidaire side-by-side with door dispenser for 17 years before this. Compared with my new one, I don't miss it. This one is so quiet I don't hear it running (my hearing is not great). I had to adjust to opening the door for water or ice, but the trade-off is worth it. The 26 cu ft space is amazing. I never struggle to fit more in. The smudge-free SS finish is surprisingly effective and very easy to clean. Also easy is installing, adjusting shelves, opening and closing doors and drawer, changing filters. I did take a while to adjust to the three-door layout, but that too was worth it. I will mention some of the negatives here, so you know I am sincere. It does stick out 5.75" past the counter plus handles (or the door bangs the cabintry). The ice system is slow and a bit stuck together. The controls are not easy to figure out. Despite these drawbacks, if a tree fell on it today, I would buy another one just like it.
