If the product is installed on uneven level, or the iron angle is loosely secured, noise may take place while the motor or the compressor rotates.

Try this.

Clean the ultra-fine filter of the air conditioner.

➔ If the filter is covered with dust, noise may become louder.
Check if the filter is properly installed.

Adjust the wind strength to mild wind.

➔ Wind sound and noise from operating product may be heard louder if the product capacity is large, or the product is installed in a restricted space.

Did you install the product recently?

The iron angle (the stand) of the all-in-one/window air conditioner should be secured at position having strength high enough for preventing vibration or noise.
If the product is installed on uneven level, or the iron angle is loosely secured, noise may take place while the motor or the compressor rotates.
Check the securing section of the iron angle for conditions of assembling.
