LG CordZero A9 - How to Clean the Wide LED Nozzle

  • Troubleshooting

To improve the suction power and enable more hygienic use, clean the nozzle at least once a week.
If you use it without cleaning the nozzle, then the cleaning performance may degrade or it can even smell.
If it is hard to separate it, then visit the service center or request a door-to-door service.
Note that if you exert excessive force to turn it, then the part can get damaged.

How to clean the Wide LED nozzle

1. Separate the nozzle from the length extension pipe.

Remove the nozzle from the length-adjustable extension pipe.

2. Turn the rotating brush counterclockwise with the PUSH button pressed with a left hand, and pull it in the direction of the arrow.

After pressing the push button with your right hand, turn the rotating brush counterclockwise and pull it in the direction of the arrow.

3. Attach the gap nozzle to the main body and remove any contaminants from the separated rotating brush.

Clean foreign substances from the separated rotating brush by attaching a gap nozzle to the product body.

4. Hold both sides of the revolving brush and pull them in opposite direction to separate the parts.
After separating it, remove any contaminants using your hand.

5. If there is a foreign object on the rotating brush, then use wet tissue or toilet paper to remove it.

6. Remove it from the bottom of the nozzle in the same way.

Remove any remaining foreign matter from the bottom of the rotating brush and nozzle with a wet tissue or tissue.

7. Never rinse the revolving brush or the nozzle body with water.
The use of water may lead to fire or electric shock, or may damage the vacuum cleaner.

8. After cleaning, reassemble the separated revolving brush by pushing until you hear the clicking sound.

10. If contaminants are caught in the roller at the bottom of the nozzle, use a pair of tweezers to remove them.

11. If there is a foreign object in the small roller on the nozzle, the insert a flat headed screw driver into the groove and separate the fixing parts and disassemble the roller.
Make sure to avoid injury to your fingers when using a screw driver.

Insert a flat-head screwdriver into the groove of the nozzle roller, remove the roller fixing part, and then disassemble the roller.

12. After removing contaminants, insert the roller and fix the part by pressing it.

Remove foreign substances from the roller groove of the nozzle.

13. Check that the roller is fixed on both sides.
