LG Laptop - Troubleshooting Lines In The Screen

Causes and Symptoms

  • This symptom may be caused by Intel's Panel Self Refresh Technology, which saves energy.
  • It can occur due to a video driver error.

Try this

Applicable models: 17Z90P / 16ZD90P / 14T90P / 16T90P

In Intel® Graphics Command Center, turn off [Panel Self Refresh].

1. Press the [Start] menu at the bottom of the screen and launch [Intel® Graphics Command Center].

2. From [Intel Graphics Commad Center], click [System] and [Power] in order.

※ The menus may appear differently depending on your driver version.


3. Turn off the [Panel Self Refresh] and [Display Power Savings] options.

If Intel® Graphics Command Center is not installed, you may download and install it from MS Store as shown in the following figure.
