If heavy items or foods are stored on the drawer and the drawer lid, the drawer may look to be drooping or have a wide gap.
If one side of the movable basket is not hung on the rail securely, it may tilt to one side.
Try this
If a drawer has fallen off or drooped due to heavy items or food, remove the weighty item and reinstall the drawer correctly.
➔ If a roller on the drawer is broken and thus the drawer fell off or tilted to one side, you may need to call a service technician for an inspection.

Place the movable basket into position, and, if it is not aligned correctly, push up the lower side of the basket until it clicks into position.
➔ You can move the movable basket up or down.
To lift up a basket, hold the center of the basket and gently lift it.
When you need to lower a basket, support the basket with your palms, press the levers on both sides upward with your fingers and then lower the basket.
