  • Troubleshooting

Try this

Check if the mop pad is attached to the mop board.

➔ If a mop pad is not attached to the mop plate, then you will hear a grinding noise from the wheel of the mop plate.

If you don’t use any mop pad, remove the mop plate.

Check if there is a foreign object stuck in the rotating brush.

Check if it moves in the opposite direction to the grain of the floor.

➔ Check if the main brush or the rubber cap on the brush cover goes against the grain of the floor.

If you clean laminate floors, there may be noise depending on the direction in which the robot vacuum is moving.
Change the direction of the charging station by 90 degrees and reinstall it.
