I'm using a TV purchased in 2020 and the Home menu has suddenly changed.
- LG TVs with the webOS 5.0 operating system purchased in 2020 have an updated home screen layout for better content navigation and ease of use.
- You can change back to your old home screen. If you prefer to use the old home screen, follow the steps below to change the settings.
[Home screen before update]
[Basic Home].

If you prefer not to use the updated home, you can change the setting to [Basic Home] and use the old Home menu as before.
How to change: [All Settings] → [General] → [Home Settings] → [Home Style] → [Basic Home].
In the menu that appears after pressing the settings button on the remote control, use the pointer or the directional keys to move to [All Settings] as shown below, and select it using the wheel button.
Use the directional keys to move to the desired option and press the wheel button to select the option.
The option can also be selected by moving the Magic Remote Control pointer to the option and pressing the wheel button.
After selecting [General], select [Home Settings] from the menu that appears.
Select your home style in [Home Settings].
Under [Home Style], select [Basic Home] to revert to the old Home menu.
