Causes and Symptoms

  • Nozzle selection lever is set to floor mode.
  • Floormat is not firmly attached to the floor.

Depending on the floor environment, it is possible to change the nozzle.
By pressing the suction switching lever forward/backward, you can adjust the level of attachment to the floor.

Is the nozzle selection lever set to floor mode?

➔ If the model has a carpet/floormat selection lever, then switch to carpet mode.

You can adjust the level of attachment to the floor.

Isn’t the floormat firmly attached to the floor?

➔ Check how firmly the floor and the floormat are attached to each other.

If there is a gap between them due to incomplete attachment, then when the vacuum cleaner operates, due to the suction power, the floormat might get attached to it.
