Try this
Separate the extension pipe one by one from the bottom and see if it operates properly.
If it operates properly, then remove foreign objects from the separated areas.
(If the hose shrinks and there is an excessive noise, then the dust display will be in a red color.)
When removing foreign objects from the extension pipe, make the length of steel extension pipe with multi level control as short as possible and try to remove them.
