Vacuum cleaners may lose suction, make noises, or turn off due to clogged filters, hoses, or nozzles.

How to check the filter
1. Press the button to open the cover of the product body.
2. Hold the handle and lift it up.
3. Open the filter cover.
4. Take out the air filter(sponge filter) and the motor safety filter(white filter).
5. Check if there are dusts accumulated on the air filter(sponge filter) and the motor safety filter(white filter).
Place the motor safety filter (white filter) under fluorescent light and see it is clogged with dust.
6. You must clean both the sponge filter and white filter with cold water.
Let it dry completely and assemble it again with the vacuum cleaner.
See if there are any issues such as low suction power, noise, power off, etc.
If everything is ok, remove the hose, pipe, and nozzle from the product body and see if foreign objects are clogging the parts.
Visually check the nozzle and the pipe. For the hose, insert a small object or coin to see if it goes through.
If the hose, pipe or nozzle is not clogged by foreign objects, turn on the unit and remove the nozzle from the pipe.
Put your hand in front of the hose to check the suction power is strong enough.
If your hand is sucked into the vacuum cleaner, it has normal suction power.
If you attach a nozzle, you may feel that the suction power has weakened because the entrance of the nozzle is wide,
Lay some pieces of paper on the floor and see if the vacuum cleaner picks them up properly.
If it picks them up properly, it has normal suction power.
