  • We only accept order cancellation before the order is picked for delivery arrangement. Once it is arranged for delivery, it cannot be change or cancelled, and no return or refund can be arranged. Please ensure the product item is correct before placing the order.

Product replacement

  • In case of defective products or the products delivered do not match with your ordered (that is, the model or color is different from what is indicated on the order), please contact our customer service at 3543-7777 within 10 days from the date of delivery.

     

    For defective products, please provide related photos and/or videos. If the item is confirmed to be faulty after our checking, we will arrange item replacement shortly.

     

    We may also arrange an on-site inspection for products such as TVs, Audios, Monitors and Home Appliances.

     

    Returned item(s) must be in brand new condition (i.e. “as is” condition) and returned in its original packaging along with all accessories (including but not limited to manuals, warranty cards). All packaging with the accessories must be complete, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.

Re-delivery fee

On-site inspection
  • A. On-site Inspection before delivery is required for below products. We’ll contact you within 2 working days for arrangement upon placing the order.

    B. If the On-site inspection for the above products stated in “A” is considered not successful or not satisfactory (subject to our final decision), refund will be arranged to the customers shortly.

     

    C. Customer may request On-site inspection for the other products (for those products not stated in “A”) (but subject to our final decision), and the fee of such On-site inspection will be charged by us and is non-refundable in any event.

Q.
Disposal service
A.
  • We offer same-day disposal service at $150 / $200 (Styler, Side by side refrigerator and 70” TV or above). If you need this service, please ensure to click ‘Disposal of Existing Product’ when you add product to cart.

    You can also request to arrange free disposal service (except for Styler) by emailing us at weeeseller@lge.com. If we do not receive your request within 5 working days from the transaction, you shall be deemed no request of the disposal service. 

    Timing of the removal service: 

    • Under normal circumstances, 3 working days are required to collect the used REE after entering into the contact and receipt of the service request from the customer.
    • The old items at the customers’ designated locations will be removed on the date specified by the customers.
    • No removal service is available on Sundays and public holidays. 

    Remarks

    • The removal service may be different from the delivery and installation service. The old items pending removal can be removed in advance or placed temporarily at the premises for collection later as appropriate. Customers can contact us for arrangement.
    • The old items will not be returned once collected.
    • The old items must stand-alone and be freed from other connections or obstacles.
    • If the old items have serious hygiene issues (e.g. rancid foods, presence of cockroaches and ants, etc.), our staff will have the right not to remove such items, and there will be no more free removal service for the customers.
    • Customers shall give no less than 2 working days' notice in respect of any request for change of delivery time, date and/or place.
    • In the event of a Black Rainstorm Warning / Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, the removal service will be suspended and rescheduled.
    • The company shall not be liable for any delay, suspension or rescheduling due to traffic or adverse weather conditions or other factors.
    • All personal data are for the purpose of arranging removal service for the old items only and the company shall comply fully with the obligations and requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486).
    • In case of any disputes, the decision of the company shall be final. 

    You can also contact Hong Kong Government supported recycler – ALBA IWS ( +852 2676 8888 ) for the service in future.

Product Eco-responsibility Ordinance (Cap. 603)

  • Regulated electrical equipment under the Product Eco-responsibility Ordinance (Cap. 603). The Ordinance imposes a recycling levy on the product as follows:

     

    • Air conditioner:$125 per item
    • Dehumidifier:$125 per item
    • Refrigerator:$165 per item
    • Washing machine:$125 per item
    • Tumble dryer:$125 per item
    • Television:$165 per item
    • Computer:$15 per item
    • Printer:$15 per item
