Change / Cancel order

  • We only accept order cancellation before the order is picked for delivery arrangement. Once it is arranged for delivery, it cannot be change or cancelled, and no return or refund can be arranged. Please ensure the product item is correct before placing the order.

  • Official invoice will be sent to the registered email upon the order completion. You may print out the email for record.

Return and refund

Product replacement

  • In case of defective products or the products delivered do not match with your ordered (that is, the model or color is different from what is indicated on the order), please contact our customer service at 3543-7777 within 10 days from the date of delivery.

     

    For defective products, please provide related photos and/or videos. If the item is confirmed to be faulty after our checking, we will arrange item replacement shortly.

     

    We may also arrange an on-site inspection for products such as TVs, Audios, Monitors and Home Appliances.

     

    Returned item(s) must be in brand new condition (i.e. “as is” condition) and returned in its original packaging along with all accessories (including but not limited to manuals, warranty cards). All packaging with the accessories must be complete, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
