Looks good, but...
I bought this unit at Best Buy in February, 2021 and had it professionally installed. Because it is in a seasonal home, I have had about 8 months of actual use with it. The subwoofer has failed, I am out of warranty, and I have had no luck after several calls with LG finding a replacement subwoofer (or any help at all). A google search on the subwoofer issue suggests there is a widespread problem with subwoofer failure, with one commentator wondering why LG has not done a recall. This product sells itself as a companion to the 65" LG OLED tv because it looks perfect with it. Its sound quality at this price point is below average. For me, this was a waste of money. I have to replace it.

Awesome features
I purchased the LG GX soundbar two weeks ago. This unit has an awesome display and great features. However, the soundbar is not very compatible with other brands of smart tv's. The soundbar sound disconnects periodically and you have to turn volume down to zero or turn completely off, for sound to reconnect. There is also a slight delay when connecting. With the minor connection discrepancy, this is still a very good soundbar and it is definitely not a deal breaker for me!

Would not Buy again
Same issue as others. Sub Woofer stopped working about 2 year mark. Soundbar by itself is awful. I have a Sonos system on my other Tv and has worked great for many years. Very Disappointed especially for the price I paid expecting quality.
