Not up to standard
We love our sidekick but the product falls short on the lid. The handle itself is very fragile and this is our second lid replacement which is costly and cannot be purchased from LG. When we contacted LG to find a local LG representative we were provide names of companies that when we called said they do nit service LG products. So we were left finding and researching the internet ourselves. I really expected a better product, quality and help from LG on this one considering the rest of our LG products are great.
