Are there any burning smell from the product?
:If the using time is less than 3 months, some customers can smell
something like burning smell.
Mostly this phenomenon is occurred from new product.
When the time has elapsed, the smell will gradually lose.
Washing machine is consisted of plastics, rubbers and etc.
So a unique odor was trapped inside product can occur temporarily.
Customer can misconceive that It’s a burning smell,
but it’s a unique odor of door gasket.
This is a normal phenomenon, slowly over time, and odor will lose.
