 How to fix

Is this happening on a small load?
:It is imperative for proper operation
that the weight of the load be evenly distributed across the surface of the drum.
On small loads, this is not really possible.
The few items of clothing will clump together nd their weight will be in one place on the drum,
throwing the weight off during spin mode. SORT out clothes and start the
machine again.
