Q. Can you check in the tub there is something foreign object? ?(If there are still laundry, please remove.)
Yes. Sometimes if some foreign object like coin, clips, hairpin, zipper and bra wire etc put in the tub could be occurred.
  Are there items in the load with buttons, zippers, buckles? Check the load with metallic attachments such as buttons, clips,
      zippers etc. These could clank or scrap against the Tub and make unwanted noises. This is the most common cause of clanking
      and scraping. To gather with, make sure to take out loose items such as coins, lighters, keys etc from clothes before putting
      in washer, as these items will come out during wash or spin cycles .
No. Can you check the inner tub with items are caught in the holes?
       Check  the surface of the inner tub for items being stuck  in tub holes. For example, very old brassiere become tear out.
Yes. remove the item carefully.
