Poor Color (Black/White Image, Blue Image, Green Image, etc.)

"Does the TV have poor color on all inputs and channels?"

Check multiple inputs like a DVD Player, Cable Box, VCR, Game System.

  1. If the color is poor on all inputs, attempt to manually adjust the Picture Mode settings to a pre-defined setting like Sport, Game, Standard, Vivid, etc.

Did adjusting the Picture Mode settings resolve the color issues?

If yes: Troubleshooting is complete

If no: The device may require service

  1. If the color only appears on one input, proceed to step 2.

"Which type of connection are you using on the input experiencing the color issue?"
