The Magic remote control is a remote control that allows you to operate the TV more conveniently like a PC mouse. It uses smart functions such as voice recognition and motion movements.
To use the AI remote control, check if there is anything around the TV that is interfering with the radio wave and make sure that the remote control is registered on the TV.
→ If electronic devices are too close to the TV, they may interfere with radio frequency and the remote control may be disconnected.
If the wireless router is placed on the left side of the TV, place it at a distance of at least 20cm to the right.
→ If the pointer does not appear on the screen even after shaking the remote control or pressing the wheel button, the connection between the remote control and the TV may have been lost.
Please register the remote control to the TV.
→ Reset the remote control and try to re-register.
If the power button light blinks 3 times when pressing the [Back] and [Home] buttons on the remote control together for 5 seconds or more, the remote control will be reset.
