How to Claim
Virtual VISA Prepaid Card

Step 1. Purchase
Buy a qualifying LG Home Appliances between May 1, 2025 - June 4, 2025. Ensure your delivery date is before July 31, 2025.

Step 2. Claim Submit the proof of purchase by July 31 (11:59 PM EST), 2025 with the serial number. Serial numbers are provided on your delivered product. Please submit your claim according to the category of the product.

Step 3. Enjoy

Once all information has been submitted, you will receive your virtual prepaid card via email after validation.
