Battery Charging

Although the high-speed charger is connected, if the connector is not fully engaged, device will be charged at a reduced capacity
and a Charging slowly pop-up is displayed.
Check the following:

• Check the USB cable and phone for visible damage or debris. Remove any visible debris.
<span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 12pt;"> </span>
• Remove and reinsert the USB cable into the travel adaptor and device IO port.
<span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: 12pt;"> </span>
• If using a protective case, ensure the case is not impeding the cable from fully connecting to the device IO port.
