This delivery & installation term is valid for the selected built-in appliances (Induction Hobs, Hoods, and Ovens) and curated bundles specified below:

• Complimentary delivery will be provided for built-in products (CI5Z2420BN, CI7Z2438BA, HCEZ3626S, HCEZ2426S, WSED7612B, WSED7667M, and WSED7665B) purchased from the LG Online Brand Store.

 

• Installation is not included. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for any installation services required.

 

• Customers may engage their own installer, or upon request, LG may provide the customer's contact details to independent third-party installers recommended by LG. The appointment of any installer is entirely at the customer's discretion. Any installation arrangement will be made directly between the customer and the installer, and all installation fees and charges will be separately quoted by and payable directly to the installer.

 

• Installation services are provided by independent third-party installers and not by LG. LG is not a party to any installation agreement and shall not be responsible or liable for any installation services, workmanship, acts, omissions, defects, losses, or damage arising from or in connection with the services provided by such third-party installers. 

 

• For customers who require assistance in finding a suitable installer, please provide your contact number via chatbot message, and LG will arrange for a recommended independent third-party installer to contact you directly regarding installation enquiries and applicable charges. Please note that any installation arrangement will be made directly between the customer and the installer, and all installation fees and charges will be separately quoted and payable to the installer.

 

• LG reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline, modify, reschedule, or cancel any same-day delivery request due to operational constraints, product unavailability, safety concerns, adverse conditions, or circumstances beyond LG's reasonable control. 

 

• LG reserves the right to amend, vary, delete, or add to these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Information contained herein is accurate at the time of publication. 

 

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.
