TERMS & CONDITIONS

Same Day Delivery & Installation

 

Same-day delivery is available at a fee of $90 per transaction and is applicable only to all products (except Aircon, Built-in Induction Hobs, Hoods, Oven & Accessories) purchased via https://www.lg.com/sg/ 

 

• To qualify for same-day delivery:

Orders must be placed and paid fully by 11.00AM (Singapore Time) on the same delivery day.

Same-day delivery is available on weekdays only, excluding Singapore public holidays.

Same-day delivery is available to all residential addresses, excluding condominiums.

 

• Delivery Schedule:

Upon successful order placement, LG's appointed logistics partner will contact the customer to confirm the delivery schedule. Subject to confirmation, delivery shall be completed on the same day between 6.00PM - 10.00 PM.  

 

• Recipient Requirement:

An authorized recipient must be present at the designated delivery address to receive the product. In the event if no authorized recipient is available at the scheduled delivery time, the delivery attempt shall be deemed unsuccessful, and the same-day delivery fee shall be forfeited and is non-refundable.

 

• Delivery Restrictions:

Same-day delivery is not available for locations with restricted delivery access or operating hours, including but not limited to condominiums, office buildings, or other premises that do not permit deliveries up to 10:00 PM. 

 

LG reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline, modify, reschedule, or cancel any same-day delivery request due to operational constraints, product unavailability, safety concerns, adverse conditions, or circumstances beyond LG's reasonable control. 

 

LG reserves the right to amend, vary, delete, or add to these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Information contained herein is accurate at the time of publication. 

 

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.
