1. Is the Hand wash / Wool/ Delicate Cycle selected ?
In certain cycles, spin speeds are restricted to lower RPMs.
The Delicate Cycle is one of such cycle. This is because the washer
is designed to protect the fabric from shrinkage and wrinkles.
Rotation rate : 1 time per 60 secs or 1 time per 120 secs
Proper fabric care is of the utmost importance.
2. Was the Low Spin Option selected ?
The unit has several spin speeds options to choose from, to optimize
performance and fabric care. If a low spin speed was chosen, by mistake,
then unit will not spin out as much water as it would on a higher spin speed
and this will result in clothing coming out more wet. Choose a higher spin
speed for optimal performance.
3. Is a single, bulky item (or a few larger items) in the load ?
Large items, such as sheets, blankets, pillows, etc., do not distribute evenly
across the surface of the drum. Because of this, they will not spin out water
as effectively as loads of the same size, but smaller items. Evenly distribute
the item as best. if possible, adding a couple of items to help distribute weight,
4. Is water remaining in the unit after a cycle ?
This is usually the result of slow drainage. Make certain the drain hose is
installed properly and is not kinked or clogged. Also, check the drain filter
at the bottom of the front left side of machine to make certain it does not have
anything obstructing it. Be sure to drain through manual drain hose first.
