Low Battery Backup issue in Smart Phone due to apps:


Users might be experiencing low battery backup issues sometimes while using the phone.

At times in  standby time also the battery backup is  comparitively low.

This may not be always a phone or battery defect.


Ideally most of the battery should be comsumed by LCD, Voice Calls, Internet usage, Standby etc.

That is a normal scenario & phone will give adequate battery backup, however there are some apps

which keep the system active & consume most of the battery even though the phone is in standby mode. 


In that case, such apps should be stopped or un-installled from the phone to make the battery last longer.


The same can be checked in the below path :


Settings > About Phone > Battery > Battery use
