How to connect to the USB port on the monitor :
Most of the desktop PC monitors do not have any embedded software to make the USB ports work for playing an Image, Audio or Video file.
In fact the USB ports given in a Desktop Monitor serves the purpose of a USB Hub when connected to a computer.
This enables a user to have the convenience of connecting the several USB devices to PC through the USB ports provided in monitor.
However, since these ports work as a USB Hub only, it needs to be connected to a PC using a separate USB cable. Then only it can work.
The monitor will have designated "Upstream" USB port which needs to be connected to PC & after that the other Downstream ports in the
monitor will be active for connecting other devices such as Mouse, Keyboard, USB Disk etc.
