Just like Windows settings vary by PC, the way you configure features can differ slightly depending on the year
your TV was released.
Knowing the webOS version on your TV can be helpful.
➔ If you are using smart functions by pressing the Home button, the Quick Menu will not appear. Change to an external input source.
If you can't find it this way, you can also check the webOS version based on when you purchased the TV.
